Mastermind groups are a gathering of 6 to 12 like-minded people who meet for 5 to 15 weeks to study one core learning system, share insights, and brainstorm together.  Masterminds are hosted virtually or in-person in beautiful Saskatoon.  Virtual masterminds work to connect remote or travelling members.  Because masterminds require you to practically apply the material over time, this helps form new habits and increases the content's stick-ability (is that even a word?). Think of masterminds as your very own personal Board of Directors.

Our facilitated masterminds offer a combination of:

  • Peer brainstorming
  • Education
  • Accountability
  • Support

Public + Private Masterminds

We host regular public mastermind groups – see schedule.  Additionally each of our core learning systems can be converted into private mastermind groups.  Private masterminds can be organized and tailored to meet specific business or association requirements – just ask.

Mastermind advantage

There is synergy of energy, commitment and excitement that participants bring to a mastermind group. By bringing fresh ideas and a different perspective, Lift Leadership Coaching’s masterminds can help you achieve success.

Mastermind groups offered a safe and focused place for people to come together on a regular basis and drill down into these various ideas.
— Daymond Volk - Advisor, Sun Life Financial
As someone who has enjoyed John Maxwell books for years, I was intrigued at the idea of sitting with a group to discuss the content of Maxwell’s books. What I did not expect was how the subject matter would engage us in deep, meaningful conversations that have allowed us to connect in a way completely different than any other ‘group’ I have been involved with.
— Lisa Low, Corporate Account Executive with Wireless City a TELUS Business
When you are in a group with people who are passionate about the topic it naturally spreads to all involved.
— Tammy Richmond, Certified Financial Planner with Soterra Financial Group Ltd.
Through the group conversations, anecdotes, readings, and reflections garnered from the Mastermind, I have come to approach my day-to-day routines with far more intention and purpose.
— Brody Morris, Principal with Saskatchewan K-12 School

Ron and Ezna do such a great job leading conversations and drawing people out and really helping the material to sink in. The classes were one of the highlights of the week.
